Here at H.R.S., horsepower is boosted for the lowest price in the country, and possibly the world. Due to our location, in Fresno, California, our overhead costs are so low that we can afford to charge super-low prices, as low as $30 per hour (if you have dealt with other shops you will know that our rates are nearly half of the competition!).
We not only do things that other shops don't, but we can do what they can do for less!
To help keep the overhead down, I currently don't stock spare parts - so what we do is you order the parts from your favorite parts house (which will most likely cost you less than buying it from a shop), and send them with whatever I would be doing for you.
